What can parents or guardians do to instill Dharma in children from early life:
- Follow rituals before even conceiving. Krishna and his wife followed 12 years of Brahmacharya Palan before conceiving.
- Follow the Sanskars during pregnancy. Eat healthy, stay healthy, think healthy, do dharmic activities, talk in a dharmic way, etc.
- After birth: follow the sanskaras, bhajan/mantra audio or chanting in low volume, pictures of Devi devtas, ideal people, nature, culture, traditions, etc., sattvik meals at prescribed times, Brahm muhurta wakeup and early bedtime, read dharmic stories to the baby, take him to places with high sattvik energy like mandirs, take him to sewa activities, talk about Dharma.
