I would buy lots of good food and gadgets. I would buy a lamborgini and build a C-5 plane. I would make every poor person in the world rich. I would make a giant library and let everyone read for free. I would build a bullet train system across the world and build a bridge across the pacific ocean. I could give everyone free stuff and stop all crimes. I could send people to mars with unlimited money and build space stations and satellites.
