How to find Ikigai?
Write four things--
- What do you love to do.
- What are you good at.
- What can you get paid for.
- What does the world need.
Find a thing which can come in all four of these and that will be your Ikigai. Remember, Ikigai may change over time. There may be more than one ikigai at a time or in a day.
Start step by step, do not do things to please people. Do what you like. Enjoy the journey, not only goal. Be in the present moment. There is joy in small things.
