Lone

  5. Embracing Solitude: Embracing solitude enables individuals to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves. It teaches them to appreciate solitude as a valuable and enriching experience rather than something to be feared or avoided.

Solitude and loneliness are two entirely different concepts. Loneliness can be physical or mental. Even in a crowd, someone can feel lonely. Solitude is physical. It is separation from others, but it does not necessarily bring loneliness. People in solitude may feel happy. They may be far away from loneliness. They are happy in their own company or in the company of nature -plants, birds, animals, winds, sun, moon, stars, etc.

Solitude is important on the path of samadhi. It prevents entanglement from karma. When we are surrounded by others, there is always some karma involvement. Even if we maintain an equanimity attitude, we can get entangled by others' karma, energy, and vibration. We have to keep our energies super high so as not to be affected by others' vibrations and energies. We can not stop others from thinking about us.
Solitude gives stability and progression to our energies, vibrations, and aura. In solitude usually the fluctuations in these are less. These become stronger and stronger with passing moments.

Some people say that if we cry after someone's death, the negative vibrations can reach the departed atma and may become an obstacle in his ongoing journey. If vibrations and thoughts can reach the departed atma, these can certainly reach the living people.

So, can we conclude that on the path of samadhi, it is better to keep minimal connections with others and not to be remembered by others? Is it not better that others forget about us and we forget others? This also helps in mindfulness. Memories are not helpful for progress on the samadhi path.
