- Try to remember your dreams before opening your eyes
- Write your dreams as soon as you get up
- Wish for everyone's peace and health
- Meditate
- Do Pranayam
- Do Yoga
- Go for a walk
- Practice sangeet
- Read something good and positive
- Take a shower
- Drink water
- Water the plants
- Make a plan for the day
- Get some Sunshine, watch Sunrise
- Do Sun salutations
- Read/watch news
- Do Hawan/Yajna
- Try to solve problems
We can not do everything in the morning and should prioritize the morning routine. Some of the recommended activities are really good for the morning hours if done outside in fresh air. If you live in an apartment with no Sun light and use artificial light (bulbs, etc.) all the time, then any time of the day is okay for some of these activities.
