A few days back I went to Pow gym in chicago for a one day fitness camp.I arrived at 8:00 am in the morning.My brother dropped me off.There was only one other kid at that time.Me and him watched th olympics until the other kids arived.By 8:30 am there were 12 kids total.We went into a fitness studio room.We learned each other and the many coaches names.Then we were split into 2 groups with different coaches.MY group was doing leg exercises in that workout session.We had 3 workout sessions during the day and each was a hour long.In the second session I did hand workouts and in the third track and field.All the kids went to the park in the afternoon for a hour.We had to bring lunch from home and ate at the gym.We also had snacks.It was a really fun day a POW gym.
